WaxGoblin Terms of Service

By creating an account or using WaxGoblin you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. See also the Privacy Policy.
The service
WaxGoblin lets you catalog your own vinyl records. It is a small, independently run project and is provided "as is", without promises about availability or that it is free of errors. Features may change or be removed.
Your account
You must give a real email address you control and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old.
Your content
The records and notes you save are yours. You give us permission to store and display them to you so the service can work. Do not upload anything unlawful or anything that infringes someone else's rights.
Record information
Record details and cover images come from Discogs and belong to their respective owners and contributors. WaxGoblin is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discogs. We do not guarantee that looked-up information is accurate; check it before you save.
Acceptable use
Do not attack, overload, scrape or try to break into the service, or use it to harm others. We may suspend or delete accounts that do.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app or at waxgoblin.com/delete-account. Deletion is permanent. We may also end the service or an account, and will try to give notice where practical.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, WaxGoblin and its maker are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, arising from use of the service. Keep your own record of any collection details you cannot afford to lose.
Changes
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use means you accept it.
